Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason your piece comes damaged we will replace your piece FREE of charge. Please refer to our policy below for full disclosure and terms. 


1. A customer has the right, without giving any reason, to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with art. 27 acts from 30 May 2014. On consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827)
2. Withdrawal from the contract, for its validity, requires the customer to submit a statement on the withdrawal from the contract and send the goods to the following address:

3. The consumer is obliged to return the purchased goods in brand new condition within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
4. The seller has 7 working days to consider the return, check the condition of the product and packaging and tags, which must remain intact
5. Our money back guarantee policy does NOT apply to any of our customization pieces. If you do not receive your customized piece as advertised, we will immediately replace your item. However, refunds are only provided on a case by case basis for custom items. All returns require the customer to ship the item back to us at their own cost before a refund is processed back to their original payment method.
6. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the products
7. The seller has 7 business days for a refund from the date of delivery the items to the warehouse


We can not allow the cancellation of an item after 12 hour as all items hit production the following day. We have time and resources that have already been allocated to processing an item from the time an order is placed. Once 12 hours has passed after the date/time of an order, there will be NO refunds and NO exceptions to this rule because your product will have entered production.

If you would like to modify your shipping address, send us an email at hello@thecorkbox.co with your order # and the shipping address you would like to update it to. If your order has already been shipped or is in the final stages of production, we will be unable to change the shipping address.


Due to the personalized nature of some of the products on our website, it is important to note a few details. Orders will be ENGRAVED exactly how they are sent to us. If you send in our engraving with an expectation of it to be written another way, a refund will not be provided. Additionally, fonts and final engravings on monograms may vary slightly than what you see on the website due to the personalized nature of these products.
